France - Part I
UK and other countries including France turned their clock back by 1 hr. We are now officially we are 8 hrs behind Singapore time instead of 7. =( But its so cool to turn back the clock, which happens annually. Who says u cant turn back the clock? Wahaha
France~~ Karen opted out of this trip as she had gone there before. So far its the most unprepared and yet happiest trip although we chose at the wrong time to go. We almost couldnt make it for the coach ride as we were rushing our audit essay and big 4 application forms. =( In the end we took a train to Victoria Coach Station to catch the bus. On the way, we passed by Kings Cross Station. Remember 9 and 3/4 platform in Harry Potter movie??
As we didnt do our research beforehand, we were like 3 idiots who were totally unaware of anything that was happening. We thought the coach travelling from London to Paris would go through the undersea tunnel, but it drove straight into a ship! We got down the bus and we were already on the ship?! We 3 idiots were still trying to figure out what had happened, then realised that the ship would ship us to France! SO COOL~ like a short mini cruise!!!
I think i didnt sleep much that day. Reached France and took another hour to find the hotel. ARgh.. hate that hotel. Its really cheap, but the toilet stinked and no water was provided YUCKS!

Arch of Triumph

Eiffel Tower! You should see it at night because it is just a block of metals in the day time. We didnt go up to the top of Eiffel Tower as we felt the view at Montmarte should be more beautiful than this.

Our first ride! Cant remember the name. Stupid car ride haha.

The Disney parade!!! Thanks to a good location that we managed to capture some photos.

Double Decker train!

Cathedral of Notre Dame. The inside of cathedral is like the normal cathedral that we see umpteen times. Dont quite understand why its so famous. Next, we went to Louvre Museum. Remember The Da Vinci Code movie?? This is the museum that I die die also must go. You must imagine how excited I was when I saw this. We were too late to enter the museum, so we walked all the way to Arch of Triumph.

Day 2. Disneyland!!!!!!!!! Way before we headed to Paris Disneyland, we heard that it is probably the worst disneyland among the others. It turned out to be alright although its smaller than what i've expected. It coincides with the 15th anniversary and halloween period, hence there were some parades to celebrate the occasions.
